While we do not offer refunds, we’re committed to making things right with exchanges or store credit, when eligible.
✨ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange it or issue a store credit.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include a clear photo of the damaged item and your order number.
- We will cover all shipping costs for faulty or damaged returns.
✨ Incorrect Orders
Received something different than what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll send you the correct item at no extra cost or issue a store credit.
✨ Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you’d like to exchange an unused item:
- It must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
✨ Store Credit Details
Store credits will be provided as a unique discount code, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and can be used online for any future purchases.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Any relevant photos
